Variation. Our bodies want and need variation in our workouts. Today was CrossFit and Spin. Our spin class uses legs, abs, arms, and shoulders - basically a full body workout with emphasis on the legs. Your body can get tired and plateau with no variation - mix it up!
By the way, we are both wearing #fabletics outfits. And my headband is a #CalbeingYoga headband from #amazon.
