I know everyone is posting at-home workouts right now, because what else do we have to do all day besides workout? Well, if we can get ourselves motivated - here are a few quick burn routines I've found on Pinterest, and also from our CrossCamp instructor at the gym.
Feel free to screen shot these and use when you'd like! Add weights, or modify if you want to. Just remember that movement is important for your body and your mind!
