Being a “working-stay-at-home” mom, sometimes I forget to take some time for myself too. The constant juggle of the kids, cleaning, and working in between can be overwhelming and defeating at times.
It is NECESSARY to get some “me” time in, for your sanity.
And it is possible, even when it feels like it’s not.
Sometimes, giving yourself a little love is just what you need to keep you pushing forward and getting things accomplished.
So here’s a little reminder to stop, take a breath, and schedule some time in your day for yourself - because that is completely OKAY to do. ♥️
