It is SO important to keep your goals in a place where you will be reminded of them often! I made a goal for the school year & volleyball season to be the teacher and coach that my students and girls need me to be. That means being prepared, being on time, keeping them in my prayers, constantly thinking of ways to improve my instruction, researching new drills for volleyball, and being a good example through my words and actions.
I placed this sticky note on the stereo in my Jeep, and I have another one stuck to my bathroom mirror that simply says "BE WHO THEY NEED". Keeping these in sight for me every single day helps to hold me accountable, and reminds me to be doing all that I can to be that person that my students and athletes need.
Today I challenge you to write down your goals, whether that be short term or long term, and place them somewhere MEANINGFUL! Set goals with purpose and intention, and then create a plan to meet them. Speak your goals into existence by saying them aloud to yourself, write them down to make them tangible. Make them exist! :-)
