My favorite chicken marinate recipe:
1.5 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp brown sugar
.5 tsp ground ginger
.5 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp water
1/3 c Bragg liquid Aminos
Mix, I usually toss in a Ziploc or a 9x13 pan so all the chicken can soak. Rub the brown sugar and spices onto the chicken (I absolutely wear gloves messing with raw meat like this - it pays to know nurses)
I let my chicken sit anywhere from 1 hour to 1 day - depends on how much time you have.
