You know that feeling you get when you’re trapped inside for too long?
You get groggy, and cranky, kinda want to sleep but also kinda don’t want to?
Being a work-from-home-mom, I forget sometimes that my kids are feeling this too. I get this feeling where I just NEED TO GET OUT.
But usually, I’ll talk myself out of it. Getting a two year old and one year old out of the house is a chore to say the least. “It’s too much work,” I will tell myself.
However, the other day I gave it a chance.
And yesterday, we did it again (but at a friends house).
These babies’ faces are every validation I need to keep on doing it.
They are so much happier. I am so much happier.
So this is a little reminder that your babies are just tiny versions of you, and most likely feel the same way you do.
Get out, and go play.
I promise you won’t regret it!
