My refrigerator today thanks to finishing chapter 2 of “Girl, Wash Your Face”. 1) adding to my diet instead of taking something away ((more water)) 2) Creating a habit of following through with my promises. And 3) Tracking my accomplishments so I train my brain to recognize that I CAN DO IT because I’ve done so much before.
Get out of the cycle of telling yourself that you’ll break your promises in a week or two.
Train yourself to be honest with yourself, and then you will start believing in yourself.
