Here's a quick tricep workout for your Saturday! Next time you're ready to work your triceps, this will make them BURN!
I typically do 3 sets of 12 on each exercise, but it depends what weight I'm using. As always, use what you can manage with proper form, and adjust the workout to meet your needs! If you lower the weight, see if you can do more repetitions (reps). If you're using more weight than normal, then you can do fewer reps.
I like to alternate between two exercises until I finish the third set of each. Ex: 1st round of overhead pulls, then 1st round of push downs, then 2nd round of overhead pulls, and then 2nd round of push downs, etc.

1. Overhead Cable Pulls
2. One-Arm Cable Push Downs
3. Tricep Pull Downs with Cable (Rope Attachment)
4. Tricep Kickbacks with Dumbbells
5. Tricep Press with One Heavy Dumbbell
6. French Press with Barbell
